On March 12, the stock SSH of Sunshine Homes suddenly surged to the ceiling price of 80,800 VND/share, up 14.94%. The stock recorded only 4,600 shares traded. Meanwhile, KSF of Sunshine Group also hit the ceiling price of 54,700 VND/share, up 9.84% with only 100 shares traded. Chairman Do Anh Tuan’s assets increased by more than 3.36 trillion VND, bringing his total assets to nearly 30 trillion VND with approximately 244 million SSH shares and 163 million KSF shares. Recently, Do Anh Tuan resigned from the Chairman position of Sunshine Homes to focus on managing the Sunshine Group as the company is restructuring and merging. Previously, Deputy General Director Do Thi Dinh also resigned from her position.
