U.S. SEC prolongs evaluation period for Nasdaq’s Ethereum trust proposal until end of October

On September 11th, it was reported that the U.S. SEC is reviewing Nasdaq’s proposal to amend rules for the iShares Ethereum Trust to facilitate Ethereum staking. The SEC plans to conclude its evaluation by October 30, 2025.
