US Treasury Secretary Bessant reaffirmed the importance of maintaining Federal Reserve independence during his recent report.
He mentioned there are four highly qualified candidates for the Federal Reserve Chair position.
Bessant believes the Senate is likely to be content with any of these candidates during the election process.
