Văn Phú Invest (MCK: VPI) aims for a profit of 350 billion VND and a revenue of 2,450 billion VND in 2025, marking increases of 29% and 15% compared to 2024. This plan comes after the company missed its targets for 2024. VPI will focus on key projects like Vlasta Thủy Nguyên and Vlasta Sầm Sơn, targeting completion in 2025. The company will present to shareholders the plan to change its name to Văn Phú Real Estate Development JSC and not pay dividends in 2024, planning to distribute a 10% dividend in 2025. The annual shareholders’ meeting is scheduled for April 23, 2025. Additionally, VPI will acquire 99% stake in Newtech Construction Investment JSC, officially making it a subsidiary.
