Văn Phú Invest has announced its decision to completely withdraw from the BOT Hanoi – Bac Giang Project, which has a total investment of 4,154.5 billion VND and was completed in 2016. This expressway connects Hanoi with northern provinces and has been operating with vehicle flow exceeding capacity. Despite plans for expansion, several investors have exited, including Ocean Group and Văn Phú Invest. Financial information from Văn Phú indicates that its revenue in Q2 2025 reached over 180.2 billion VND, but net profit fell by 75.3%. Additionally, the company’s debt has surged to 7,917.8 billion VND.
