VanEck and ARK/21Shares Submit Revised Documents for Ethereum ETFs
VanEck has submitted a revised S-1A filing for its spot Ethereum ETF. In addition, ARK/21Shares has submitted a new 19b-4 filing and a series of new analytical notes for its spot Ethereum ETF.
The submission of these revised documents indicates that both VanEck and ARK/21Shares are making progress in their efforts to launch Ethereum ETFs.
