VCA announced that Mr. Nguyen Xuan Son, Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Hai, Head of the Supervisory Board, have submitted their resignation letters. This decision will take effect immediately and is awaiting approval from the upcoming general meeting of shareholders. Both leaders have dedicated a long time to the development of VCA. They stated that the reason for their resignation is to facilitate the transition and restructuring of the leadership, aiming to enhance the company’s operational efficiency. VCA will organize a meeting to update information on the process of searching for and appointing replacements in the near future.
