Vietnam Container Corporation (Viconship, stock code: VSC) has completed the issuance of 74.86 million shares, including 8.98 million shares for the 2024 dividend and 65.88 million bonus shares for shareholders. The dividend ratio is 100:3 and the bonus share ratio is 100:22, with the issuance capital sourced from undistributed after-tax profits, raising the total shares to 374.3 million. Additionally, Viconship has finalized the list for a cash dividend of 5% payable in July 2025, expected to cost about 149.8 billion VND. According to the Q1 2025 financial report, Viconship recorded a total revenue of over 682 billion VND and a net profit of over 111 billion VND, up 16.3% and 59% year-on-year, respectively.
