Vietnam Airports Corporation (ACV) is set to distribute dividends in stock for the first time, planning to issue about 1.4 billion shares. The profit distribution plan has been approved by 78 shareholders, representing 96.465% of the shares. ACV will allocate 7.130 trillion VND for the development fund and 14 trillion VND for stock dividends. If successful, the charter capital will increase from 21.771 trillion VND to 35.830 trillion VND. The Ministry of Finance is the largest shareholder, holding 95.4% of the shares. ACV holds a monopoly on aviation services at 22 airports in Vietnam, with total assets reaching 75.595 trillion VND. Revenue in Q1 2025 was over 6.368 trillion VND, with post-tax profit of 3.014 trillion VND. On May 29, ACV will finalize rights for shareholders to attend the 2025 Annual General Meeting, scheduled for late June.
