According to the report, in Q1 2025, Viettel Global’s revenue reached 9.657 trillion VND, increasing by 22% compared to the same period last year. The profit before tax reached 1.310 trillion VND, marking the sixth consecutive quarter of revenue growth over 20%. In various markets, Viettel Burundi led with a growth rate of 38%, followed by Tanzania (29%), Haiti (28%), and Mozambique (23%). The e-wallet segment also saw impressive growth, with Lumicash in Burundi increasing by 59%, Halopesa in Tanzania by 47%, and Emoney in Cambodia by 42%. Viettel Global is also actively engaging in diplomatic activities, hosting the Presidents of Burundi and Timor Leste, and receiving commendations from the Ministry of National Defense for rescue operations in Myanmar. These results highlight Viettel’s significant potential in the digital financial services sector, enhancing the company’s international market position.
