Viglacera’s General Shareholders Meeting: 22% Dividend and Continued Development of New Industrial Parks

On June 10, 2025, Viglacera Corporation held its annual General Shareholders Meeting, approving the business plan with a target revenue of VND 14.437 trillion and a pre-tax profit of VND 1.743 trillion, reflecting increases of 21% and 7% compared to 2024. The company will pay a dividend of 22%. Viglacera focuses on investing in construction materials and industrial real estate, developing new industrial parks in favorable locations and expanding its land bank to 6,000 – 7,000 hectares. The company also emphasizes developing social housing in conjunction with existing industrial parks in Ha Nam, Phu Tho, Quang Ninh, and Bac Ninh. In 2024, Viglacera achieved a revenue of VND 11.906 trillion, exceeding its plan, with a pre-tax profit of VND 1.630 trillion and a dividend payout ratio of 22%. The meeting elected Mr. Tran Manh Huu to the Board of Directors and as Chairman.
