Viglacera is undergoing a robust restructuring process, particularly in the sanitary ware sector, with the establishment of Viglacera Sanitary Equipment Company (TBVS) on September 17, 2025. This includes merging existing branches and transferring ownership from subsidiaries to TBVS. The sanitary ware segment has seen strong revenue growth, reaching 491.5 billion VND, a 50% increase from the previous year. Prior to this, in August 2025, Viglacera similarly restructured its tile and real estate sectors to optimize operations. This new restructuring plan is taking place amid growth in business performance, with consolidated revenue reaching 6.083 trillion VND in the first six months of 2025, a 13.7% increase year-on-year, and net profit showing remarkable growth, driven by income from industrial land leasing. This transformation prepares Viglacera for a new phase of development.
