Recently, Tasco JSC reported that VII Holding successfully acquired nearly 320.5 million HUT shares, increasing its ownership stake from 0% to 30% during the trading period from September 10 to October 9, 2025. It is estimated that VII Holding spent about 6.089 trillion VND for this acquisition, with four separate transactions in September totaling nearly 302.6 million shares. Vu Dinh Do, the Chairman of Tasco, also serves as the Chairman of VII Holding, which was established in May 2024 focusing on investment advisory services. Concurrently, Tasco is seeking shareholder opinions regarding the transfer of swapped shares to new investors. Now, shareholders are allowed to transfer their shares to VII Holding and VIAC Limited Partnership without a public buyout bid.
