Vimeco Joint Stock Company (VMC, HNX) recently elected Mr. Tran Dinh Tuan as Chairman of the Board for the 2023 – 2028 term, starting from March 18, 2025. Mr. Tuan, born in 1978, was previously Board Member and is currently the Deputy General Director of Vinaconex (VCG, HoSE). Along with his appointment, Vimeco also elected Mr. Nguyen Dac Truong and Mr. Vu Minh Hoang as Board Members. Moreover, the company dismissed Mr. Duong Van Mau and Mr. Nguyen Khac Hai in response to Vinaconex’s reassignment. Notably, Vinaconex reduced its stake in Vimeco from 51.41% to 5%, no longer being the parent company. During the annual general meeting on March 18, 2025, Vimeco announced a revenue target of 1,160.28 billion VND for 2025, with a net profit of 4,050 billion VND. They also plan to issue an additional 2.6 million shares to increase the charter capital from 261.3 billion VND to nearly 287.5 billion VND.
