The Vina2 Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: VC2) has officially increased its charter capital from nearly 688 billion VND to nearly 760 billion VND through a dividend stock issuance at a rate of 10%. Nearly 6.9 million shares were distributed to 3,625 shareholders. The total number of shares after the issuance is over 75.6 million.
Simultaneously, Vina2 decided to invest in establishing Mộc Châu Gateway LLC, aimed at executing the Mộc Châu Gateway urban service project. Vina2 contributed 171 billion VND, accounting for 45%, while North-South Construction Co., Ltd contributed 209 billion VND (55%). This decision was also outlined in the Board of Directors’ resolution. Mộc Châu Gateway was established on January 9, 2026, with a charter capital of 380 billion VND. The urban project, located in Vân Sơn ward, Sơn La province, is designed to serve 2,600 people and has a total investment of 2,356.2 billion VND, expected to take 57 months.
