Vinaconex and consortium members kick off the 1.620 billion VND bid package for the project of the interchange between Belt Road 3.5 and Thang Long Avenue

On April 19, 2025, the Hanoi People’s Committee held a groundbreaking ceremony for the interchange project between Belt Road 3.5 and Thang Long Avenue, as part of activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the reunification of the South. The project has a total investment of over 2.384 trillion VND, managed by the Hanoi Civil Engineering Project Management Board. The Thang Long consortium, including Vinaconex and other companies, was awarded the contract worth 1.620 trillion VND for the design and construction of traffic infrastructure. The project’s scale includes constructing tunnels, a turbine branch bridge over 2.357 meters long, and a coordinated traffic system. Once completed, the project aims to reduce congestion and meet transportation demands, promoting urban development in Hanoi.
