Vinamilk has announced in its 2024 annual report that 75.8% of its shares are held by 20 major investors. Among them, foreign investors account for 51.5%, with SCIC being the largest shareholder (36% stake), followed by F&N (20.39%) and Platinum Victory (10.62%). New professional investment funds like Stichting APG and Seafarer Overseas have also joined. The minimum number of shares required to be among the top 20 shareholders is decreasing, indicating a shift in Vinamilk’s ownership structure. VNM shares peaked at 72,100 VND in August 2024, then dropped to 61,300 VND by March 21, 2025.
