Vincom Retail Joint Stock Company (VRE) has completed the transfer of its entire stake in Vincom NCT Real Estate Company, the owner of Vincom Center Nguyen Chi Thanh, to Bao Quan Trading Investment and Services Company Limited. After this transaction, Vincom NCT is no longer a subsidiary of Vincom Retail. The receiving entity is an independent legal entity with no ownership ties to Vingroup Group. This transaction is part of an investment strategy aimed at optimizing operational efficiency and focusing on large, high-potential shopping centers. During the upgrade project, Vincom Center Nguyen Chi Thanh will continue normal operations in non-renovated areas such as supermarkets and dining areas. Customers also have alternatives at nearby Vincom Center Metropolis and Vincom Mega Mall. Vincom Retail is the leading retail real estate investor in the country with nearly 90 shopping centers, and it will continue to pursue sustainable development to enhance diverse shopping experiences for the public.
