Vincom Retail (VRE) has acquired two commercial components from Vinhomes projects, totaling 1,280 low-rise units at a development cost of 6.1 trillion VND, with plans to launch sales in Q4/2025. The company intends to raise funds in Q3/2025 for the Cần Giờ project, aiming to build four shopping centers and a commercial townhome cluster. The Cần Giờ coastal tourism urban project spans 2,870 ha, featuring major developments such as the largest Southeast Asian theater, the largest artificial lake globally, and two international golf courses. VRE’s profit for Q2/2025 reached 1,233 billion VND, up 20.7% year-on-year, driven by leasing activities and management improvements. Two new shopping centers are expected to launch in Q3/2025, adding 100,800 m2 of retail space and increasing the total area to approximately 1.9 million m2.
