At the Vincom Retail (VRE) Annual General Meeting on April 22, the company announced a revenue plan for 2025 aiming for approximately 9.52 trillion VND, an increase of 6% compared to the previous year, with a target net profit of 4.7 trillion VND, nearly a 15% rise. The company also plans to open 3 new shopping centers to strengthen its market position. In Q1 2025, estimated revenue is projected to reach 22% of the yearly plan, with net profit achieving 25% of the target, highlighting a 10% year-on-year increase. Vincom Retail noted a revival in customer traffic, particularly in sectors like F&B and entertainment, despite potential tariff impacts. The firm aims to solidify its leadership by developing large shopping centers and enhancing customer experiences. However, dividends are unlikely as the focus is on expanding land holdings and future investment.
