Vingroup has announced a resolution dated November 5, 2025, approving the merger of VinApp into VinSmart Future. The aim is to optimize technology operations within the group. VinApp serves as an information portal and operates the VinClub loyalty program. Meanwhile, VinSmart Future, established in September 2025, is the core technology company aimed at developing an integrated tech platform and plans to build a “super application” for customers. After the merger, VinApp will cease to exist, and Vingroup will remain the parent company of VinSmart Future. The Board of Directors has authorized representatives to decide on merger-related matters in accordance with legal regulations.
