Vingroup plans to establish a 2,500-hectare free trade zone and seaport in Ba Ria – Vung Tau

Vingroup has proposed to invest in a 2,500-hectare free trade zone and seaport project in Ba Ria-Vung Tau, which includes Cai Mep Ha port, a logistics center, and industrial and service areas. The goal is to transform Ba Ria-Vung Tau into the leading logistics center in the country and realize the vision of a port city. Mr. Le Khac Hiep from Vingroup stated that breakthrough development models are needed, along with simplified investment approval processes and the creation of growth regions with favorable policies. This project is expected to support the port economy and boost trade and investment in the southern economic region.
