Vingroup has completed a shareholder vote on three main issues: issuing shares, changing business sectors, and amending its charter. Nearly 3.85 billion shares were voted on by 31,273 shareholders. According to its annual report, Vingroup has 56,857 shareholders owning over 3.82 billion VIC shares. In 2025, VIC shares increased by 445%. Notably, a prominent shareholder group, after Pham Nhat Vuong contributed shares, now holds nearly 58% of the equity, including companies like GSM and VinSpeed. Financially, Vingroup recorded consolidated revenue of 169,611 billion VND in the first nine months of 2025, up 34% year-on-year. The after-tax profit was 7,565 billion VND, achieving 76% of the annual target. Vingroup’s total assets surpassed 1 trillion VND for the first time, reaching 1,087,870 billion VND, a 30% increase since the start of the year.
