On July 14, Vietnam Exhibition Center Joint Stock Company (Vefac) announced the dismissal of Nguyen Thi Quy Phuong from her position as CEO, three weeks after completing the National Exhibition Center project. Tran Mai Hoa is appointed as the new CEO. Hoa, born in 1974, holds degrees from the National Economics University and National University of Foreign Languages. She joined Vingroup in 2014, previously served as Deputy CEO of Vincom Retail, and has been CEO since 2017, now also serving as Chairwoman of Vincom Retail. Vefac, a subsidiary of Vingroup holding over 83% of shares, is developing the Vinhomes Global Gate urban area project worth 35 trillion VND. Recently, the company was permitted to transfer part of the Vinhomes Global Gate project to T&T New Era JSC.
