Vingroup’s Total Value Approaches 1 Trillion VND as Billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong Lists His 5th Billion-Dollar Company

On May 13, CTCP Vinpearl will officially list 1.79 billion shares on HoSE, valued at nearly 130 trillion VND (~5 billion USD). Vingroup, holding 85.5% of Vinpearl (over 110 trillion VND), is the largest shareholder. Currently, the total market capitalization of Vingroup’s companies is around 774 trillion VND, including Vinhomes, Vincom Retail, and VinFast. Vinpearl, a renowned brand in tourism and resort real estate, is experiencing significant growth with a 45% increase in revenue in Q1 2025. The company has returned to profitability after incurring significant losses during the COVID-19 pandemic. For 2025, Vinpearl aims for revenues of 14.15 trillion VND and net profit of 1.75 trillion VND. Currently, Vinpearl’s total assets are 78.069 trillion VND, with debts of 42.483 trillion VND. It is projected that equity will increase to 40.534 trillion VND by 2026.
