At the shareholders’ meeting, Vinhomes Chairman Pham Thieu Hoa reported on the 2024 business results, with consolidated net revenue reaching 102.323 trillion VND, and total convertible revenue of 141.644 trillion VND, up 12% from the previous year. Profit after tax was 35.073 trillion VND, meeting the plan with an EPS of 7.348 VND. Notably, Vinhomes will launch the Vinhomes Royal Island project in Haiphong in March 2024, with nearly 2,000 customers registering after just one month. The company collaborates with Mitsubishi and Nomura Real Estate to develop real estate and smart urban areas. The 2025 plan aims for 180 trillion VND in revenue and 42 trillion VND in profit, focusing on large projects in Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta. The Vinhomes Green Paradise project (Can Gio, Ho Chi Minh City) has been commenced, targeting 2,870 ha with a population of 230,000. Expected sales in 2025 are projected between 150 trillion VND and 200 trillion VND, with strong sales activity from current projects.
