According to Vinhomes’ (VHM) 2024 report, the company has operated more than 110,000 apartments, with nearly 493,000 residents. This number has increased annually from 300,000 in 2021 to 425,000 in 2022, and 493,000 in 2023. By the end of 2024, Vinhomes owns the largest land bank in the market with nearly 19,000 hectares. The total revenue in 2024 reached 102.323 trillion VND, a 1% decrease from the previous year, with nearly 73.162 trillion VND from real estate transfers. Pre-tax profit was 40.848 trillion VND (down 6%), while after-tax profit was 35.073 trillion VND (up 5%). Vinhomes contributed over 18 trillion VND to the state budget and aims for revenue of 180 trillion VND and after-tax profit of 42 trillion VND in 2025. The company will continue improving existing projects and expanding in key cities.
