Vinhomes is the main contractor for a 44 trillion VND super project in Da Nang

On September 4, 2025, Vinpearl Corporation approved a contract with Vinhomes for the Làng Vân Tourism, Service and Urban Complex project in Da Nang. With a total investment of nearly 44 trillion VND and covering 512 hectares, the project aims to become a modern “resort city” blending nature and technology. The complex will feature hotels, resorts, and apartments, along with entertainment, commerce, and healthcare facilities. Some sections are expected to be completed by 2027. Da Nang’s Department of Construction has authorized Vinpearl to raise up to 16.85 trillion VND for residential development through partnerships. In the first half of the year, Vinpearl reported revenue of 5.912 trillion VND and a profit of 257 billion VND, while Vinhomes recorded revenue of 34.72 trillion VND and a profit of 11 trillion VND.
