Vinhomes reports highest historic profit of 42 trillion VND, immediately invests in Cam Lam project worth 285 trillion VND over 10,300 ha

Vinhomes announced a record after-tax profit of 42.111 trillion VND in 2025, with revenue of 154.102 trillion VND, showing strong growth compared to the previous year. The company approved an investment of 99.843 trillion VND, equivalent to 35%, into the Cam Lam New Urban Area project, covering 10,356 ha with a total investment of about 285.267 trillion VND. The project will include over 58,500 high-end homes, 9,800 apartments, and 33,000 social houses, serving about 584,000 people. The consortium implementing the project is led by Vinhomes along with several other real estate enterprises. The 2025 sales totaled 205.252 trillion VND, while the unrecognized backlog reached 186.426 trillion VND, promising long-term growth for the company.
