On December 12, 2025, Vinhomes announced the transfer of shares in Dai An Investment Construction Company. Following the completion of the transaction, Dai An is no longer a subsidiary of Vinhomes. This company is headquartered at National Road 5A, Dinh Du village, Dinh Du commune, Van Lam district, Hung Yen province.
