Vinpearl’s 2025 Revenue Reaches 15 Trillion VND, Q4 Accounts for Nearly Half of the Year

Vinpearl Corporation (HOSE: VPL) has announced its 2025 financial report, with total consolidated revenue exceeding 15.556 trillion VND, surpassing 111% of the annual plan and increasing by 8% year-on-year. In Q4 alone, revenue reached 6.526 trillion VND, of which revenue from hotel and entertainment services was about 3.111 trillion VND, up 34%. Real estate transfers contributed 3.409 trillion VND. VinWonders, Vinpearl’s amusement parks, saw a 17% increase in visitors, reaching 9.11 million guests in 2025. The number of hotel nights sold increased significantly, with nearly 2.3 million nights, up 21% from the previous year. Key tourism markets such as Russia, the USA, and Europe showed strong growth. As of the end of 2025, Vinpearl’s total assets were 86.890 trillion VND, with equity reaching 36.627 trillion VND, both up from 2024. On December 24, 2025, the Sheraton Vinh hotel opened, becoming the first international 5-star hotel in Nghe An, enhancing the local tourism profile.
