VMD shares of Vimedimex Joint Stock Company will be lifted from trading suspension starting November 14, 2025, as announced by Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HoSE). Previously, Vimedimex faced trading suspension on October 24, 2025, due to the company’s failure to address issues that led to the suspension. However, after submitting a remediation report on November 6, 2025, HoSE decided to remove the suspension. The company undertook a re-audit of its 2022 financial statements and completed the publication of its 2025 semi-annual financial report. Vimedimex also committed to comply with disclosure regulations for six months ahead.
