Vimedimex Pharmaceuticals Joint Stock Company (MCK: VMD) has been suspended from trading by Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE) due to failure to respond to requests for reporting on measures to remedy the trading suspension situation. On October 6, 2025, HoSE issued a document requiring the company to announce a remedial timeline, but the company did not respond by the deadline. VMD was previously placed under control due to delays in submitting its audited financial report for 2025, exceeding the required period by over 45 days. This violation of HoSE regulations resulted in the stock being suspended from trading. VMD had previously been under limited trading before the suspension. Notably, Ms. Tran My Linh is currently the General Director and a Board Member of VMD.
