Nguyen Hoang Phuong Linh, a former employee of Zalopay under VNG Corporation, has recently been crowned Miss Universe Vietnam 2025. During the Company Coming event after her coronation, she met with the leadership staff and colleagues at VNG and Zalopay, where she previously worked as an IT compliance specialist. Linh chose Zalopay for its job relevance to her field of IT governance that she studied.
She hopes to inspire an image of a modern woman who understands technology and is bold. Born in 1999, she graduated from the University of Washington with a GPA of 3.6/4.0. Before joining Zalopay, she worked at one of the Big Four auditing firms. Currently, Phuong Linh is working on her charity project “Light to Life” which aims to support people suffering from depression, planning to develop an app and a hotline for support. She intends to invest her entire pageant prize money into this project.
