In Q1 2025, VTO reported fluctuations in business performance (KQKD) in the two markets of Hanoi (HN) and Vinh Phuc (VP) compared to the same period last year. Specifically, revenue in HN increased slightly due to the recovery in consumer demand post-pandemic, while in VP, revenue decreased due to fierce competition in the local market. The progress of investment projects was also affected by the general economic situation, causing delays in business plan implementation. Additionally, rising raw material costs contributed to profit fluctuations. The company has adjusted its strategy, focusing on improving operational efficiency and optimizing costs to cope with market conditions.
