The VUA organization is established according to the laws of Vietnam, has legal entity status and operates not for profit. The amended charter outlines the organizational structure, rights and obligations of members, as well as management and operation procedures. VUA aims to enhance the quality of education and training, develop a high-quality workforce, and promote cooperation in research and training among educational institutions domestically and internationally. The new charter emphasizes the need for active participation from members, encourages creativity and the application of technology in teaching. Regular seminars and discussions are held to create opportunities for members to exchange ideas and experiences. Maintaining transparency in financial management and annual reporting is also one of the key points in the new charter.
