Wall Street’s 3.7 trillion USD stablecoin ambition takes shape

Bitcoin has exceeded 110,000 USD, fueled by increasing institutional demand and global economic turmoil. This trend solidifies Bitcoin’s position as a benchmark asset, particularly as investors seek alternatives amid bond market volatility.

Prominent US banks, including JPMorgan and Citigroup, are planning to launch a stablecoin, aiming for a market value of 3.7 trillion USD by 2030. The GENIUS Act may enhance regulations for stablecoins, promoting innovation in the financial sector.
