Water Supply Company Prepares to Distribute 60% Cash Dividend

On June 30, CTCP Cấp nước Long Khánh (LKW) will finalize the list of shareholders for a cash dividend of 60% for 2024, equating to 6,000 VND per share. The payment is expected to be made on July 31, 2025. With 2.5 million shares outstanding, LKW anticipates paying a total of 15 billion VND in dividends. This is the highest dividend rate ever for LKW, which has consistently paid dividends of 10-15% since 2012. The parent company, CTCP Cấp nước Đồng Nai (DNW), holds 51% of LKW and will receive around 8 billion VND. Established in 2004 and operating as a joint-stock company since 2008, LKW focuses on water supply and distribution. In 2024, it is projected to achieve a revenue of 45 billion VND and a net profit of 14 billion VND, which represents increases of 12% and 5% respectively. LKW shares were priced at 50,000 VND per share on June 18.
