According to financial reports, Khang Diền’s after-tax profit reached only 315 billion VND, down 9% compared to the same period. The company has only completed 46% of its revenue and 31.5% of its profit target for 2025. As of June 30, 2025, the company’s total assets amounted to over 31.251 trillion VND, with inventory exceeding 23 trillion VND, an increase of nearly 1 trillion VND, mainly in large projects. The Tan Tao Urban Area project (Mega Township) accounts for 8.146 trillion VND, being the largest project in South-West Ho Chi Minh City, is progressing in land clearance and aims to commence construction in 2027. Additionally, the Gladia project is about to finalize legal procedures for the official sales launch in Q3 2025. The period of 2025-2029 is expected to be a new growth cycle for Khang Diền with many large projects, ready to take advantage of the recovery in the real estate market.
