Today’s crypto market is experiencing a bullish trend with top coins witnessing price increases. Dogecoin (DOGE) leads gains, rising by 5.2% to 0.1723 USD, while Bitcoin (BTC) trades at 108,786 USD, up by 0.6% and Ethereum (ETH) at 2,564 USD, up by 1.7%.
Despite these price increases, total crypto trading volume has decreased to 72.4 billion USD, the lowest recorded in recent days. This drop has resulted in a 2.3% decline in overall cryptocurrency market capitalization, which now stands at 3.44 trillion USD.
Notably, Metaplanet acquired an additional 2,205 BTC, raising its total to 15,555 BTC valued around 1.7 billion USD. Mercado Bitcoin plans to tokenize 200 million USD worth of real-world assets, indicating a shift toward broader tokenization initiatives in the crypto space.
