WisdomTree, based in New York, has filed an application to establish an XRP ETF in Delaware, USA. This fund will provide investor access to XRP and compete with Bitwise and Canary Capital. Ripple, related to XRP, is in a legal dispute with the SEC even though Chairman Gary Gensler resigned.
