Yu Xian clarifies that blockchain messages about ‘white hat negotiation’ following Yearn attack were phishing attempts

On December 1st, Yu Xian tweeted that the messages on the blockchain, which claimed to be ‘white hat negotiation’ discussions after the Yearn attack, were fraudulent.

The attackers matched strategies from previous incidents, like Balancer’s, planning their attack through a low-gas address created 28 days earlier, ultimately moving 1,000 ETH via Tornado Cash.
