Critics, including lawmaker Yaroslav Zheleznyak, suggest that the blocking of the bill is counterproductive for Ukraine’s revenue and Web3 development. The head of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission raised issues about conformity with EU regulations, complicating Ukraine’s path to effective crypto legislation.
