Zeta Network Group raises 230.84 million USD in BTC private funding

Zeta Network Group achieved 230,837,060.20 USD in funding via a private placement, featuring warrants with an exercise price of 2.55 USD.

The deal will be settled in BTC or SolvBTC, allowing payment on a 1:1 Bitcoin asset basis. The transaction is scheduled to close on October 16.
