PVN, PV GAS, VNVC, Vietnam Airlines Sign Cooperation Agreements with Russian Corporations

On May 10, at the Kremlin, General Secretary To Lam held talks with President Vladimir Putin, affirming the development of the Vietnam-Russia relationship. Both sides agreed to strengthen cooperation in economics, investment, transportation, and labor demands. To Lam proposed enhancing research in biology, pharmaceuticals, and vaccine production in Vietnam. After the talks, the two leaders witnessed the signing of several economic cooperation documents, including a memorandum between VNVC and RDIF; a contract between PVN and Zarubezhneft; an agreement between Vietnam Airlines and VTB Bank; along with various other agreements on energy, healthcare, and tourism.
