Real Estate Enterprises Intensify Capital Increase in 2025

In 2025, several real estate companies such as Novaland (NVL), DIC Corp (DIG), and Dat Xanh (DXG) are planning significant capital increases. Novaland plans to issue an additional 350 million shares privately and 48.75 million incentive shares to raise its charter capital to 20,476 billion VND. DIC Corp aims to sell 150 million shares at 12,000 VND per share to raise 1,800 billion VND, which will be used for bond buybacks and funding the Cap Saint Jacques project. Dat Xanh has also completed the issuance of 148 million bonus shares, increasing its capital from 8,726 billion VND to 10,206.3 billion VND. SJ Group and CII plan to issue shares to increase their charter capital to nearly 2,975 billion VND and 6,264 billion VND respectively, while TIG aims to raise 1,936 billion VND for the Vườn Vua project in Phú Thọ. This growth reflects a strong capital demand to drive operations and expand projects in the real estate sector.
