Real Estate Companies Accelerate Capital Increase in 2025

In 2025, many real estate companies such as Novaland (NVL), DIC Corp (DIG), Dat Xanh (DXG), and SJ Group (SJS) plan to increase capital through stock issuance. Novaland canceled the plan to issue 1.17 billion shares and instead will issue 350 million shares to 20 professional investors at 10,000 VND/share. In total, NVL expects to issue over 97 million reward shares, raising its charter capital to 20.476 trillion VND. DIC Corp is completing the sale of 150 million shares to raise a maximum of 1.8 trillion VND for various projects. Dat Xanh has issued 148 million reward shares, increasing its charter capital to 10.2063 trillion VND. SJ Group also plans to issue 182.6 million shares, aiming for a charter capital of nearly 2.975 trillion VND. Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Corporation (TIG) will issue 193.6 million shares to raise 1.936 trillion VND for the Vườn Vua project.
