Hoa Phat Group (HPG) has completed the issuance of nearly 1.3 billion shares as dividends for the 2024 fiscal year to 192,766 shareholders at a ratio of 10:2, with the offering closing on June 27, 2025. The total value calculated at par value is around 12,792.2 billion VND, sourced from undistributed after-tax profits. After this issuance, the total shares in circulation increased from nearly 6.4 billion to nearly 7.68 billion, raising the charter capital to approximately 76,744.7 billion VND. Chairman Tran Dinh Long owns 1.65 billion shares, estimated to receive 330 million new shares. The dividend plan was approved at the 2025 annual general meeting, which also set a revenue target of 170 trillion VND and profit of 15 trillion VND for 2025. Board member Dang Ngoc Khanh has registered to buy 400,000 HPG shares from June 26 to July 24, 2025.
