Lighter withdraws 32.05 million USDC for treasury, 7.5 million USDC allocated to LLP

On December 30th, Lighter withdrew 32.05 million USDC to its treasury address, while 100,000 USDC remains in the transaction fee wallet.

Of the withdrawn amount, 7.5 million USDC was allocated to LLP, with 8.6 million USDC redeposited since October 16th. Approximately 21.9 million USDC were sent to a Coinbase escrow address.
