Both sides agreed to promote cooperation in economic, trade, energy, and appreciated the development of the comprehensive strategic partnership. General Secretary To Lam suggested enhancing delegation exchanges, e-commerce collaboration, and scientific research, hoping for Russia to facilitate Vietnamese researchers in fields like nuclear science and biomedicine. During the ceremony, several important cooperation documents were signed, including a natural gas contract between PVN and Zarubezhneft, an agreement between Vietnam Airlines and VTB Russia, along with a memorandum on biomedical cooperation and nuclear energy. These projects are expected to symbolize the Vietnam-Russia relationship in the new era.
